I’m an Assistant Professor of Operations, Information and Decisions at the Wharton School.

I study how to design and evaluate policies when decisions change both how people behave and what we can learn from data. I’m also interested in how platform rules and new technologies reshape participation, coordination, and welfare.

My work combines economic theory, optimization, and empirical analysis, with applications to human–AI decision-making, digital platforms, online communities, lending, and public-sector operations.
